Delete my account and data

In the app: tap the settings icon > My account > Delete account. Your account and all your personal data (the details you gave, your numbers and dreams) are deleted straight away.
If you can't open the app, email support@hengpang.app from the address you signed up with, subject "Delete account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
A VIP subscription must be cancelled in the store separately.

Cancel VIP

On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > HengPang > Cancel. VIP stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Restore a purchase

Log in with the same account, open VIP membership and tap "Restore purchases", using the Apple Account you bought with.

Where do the results come from?

From the Government Lottery Office. Check the official results or an authorised vendor before claiming a prize.
